Membership Fee Payment Policy

1. Payment Deadline
Membership fees must be paid by the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payment is postponed to the next working day.

2. Payment Methods
Payment can be made:

• by bank transfer to the club’s account.
• in cash during training.

3. Fee Amount
The monthly fee is determined based on the attendance category:

• category A — 2 times per week (8−9 times per month) — 120 euros;
• category B — 1 time per week (4 times per month) — 70 euros.

4. Late Payment Penalties
In case of non-payment of the fee and repeated violations, temporary suspension from training may be imposed.

5. Exemption from Payment
In exceptional cases (e.g., for medical reasons or financial difficulties), parents may contact the club management to request a deferral or exemption from payment.

6. Payment Confirmation
After payment, a receipt or proof of payment must be provided to the club administrator (in person, by email, or via messenger).

7. Refunds
In case of missing training for a valid reason (e.g., illness with a medical certificate), the fee for the missed days will not be refunded but may be credited toward the following month.

8. Fee Changes
The club is obligated to notify parents of any changes in fee amounts or payment policies at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
